Added examples LD Format

Added example files with the code for the rehydrate manifest in both the json-ld format and yaml-ld format. Issues that still need to be resolved: -Projects with multiple sessions? --> generate one file per session, as sessions also contain information on which of the data can be used, etc? This may be better, rather than to try and get all the information into a single file. -Which other information should also be included? For session info, if an own environment is created (starting from a docker file), other info such as arguments, command, UID/GID, working directory, mount directly, port, and default path also would need to be provided. -How to deal with other information, such as session secrets? These should not be exposed into a file such as this, but their absence may also lead to a limitation on recreating all projects.
