Correct dissolved oxygen to local pressure

The raw sensor output of the Soundnine oxygen sensor (from PME) is concentration assuming salinity=0 and sea level pressure. We need to correct to local pressure by applying a pressure correction routine (which will be available in Pylake 0.1.12).
